Poor
Pretty terrible user interface. Can’t add tickets to my apple wallet (just won’t work, gets stuck on a permanent loading screen) and the app is so slow, unreliable, and wonky. Can’t pay invoices because the app gets stuck on screens that seem too big for mine and I just have to exit the app. Least user-friendly ticketing app I’ve seen in a while.
