If you are on personal treatment program, you can now easily perform various digital health actions such as:
· Monitoring your personal treatment plan
· Update your health team on symptoms and physiological indices
· Patient /physician video calls
· A contact platform with treatment team
· Display of personalized goals and progress
· Personal messaging on objectives progression

Physiological indices and symptoms are generated via different monitoring devices such as smart watches, or via direct data typing on to the app. Some health data may be collected directly from Apple Health.
