About Thrum - Haptic Meditation
Thrum allows you to meditate or enter a meditative state using tactile vibrations - it can be used by itself or as an accessory to visual or audio mediations. Relax to the slight rocking of a train or a the gentle tapping of rain.
Simply place your phone on your chest, or hold it in your hand, select a feeling and a duration, then close your eyes and focus on the haptic feeling.

Love the app but would love to see a few improvements
This app has been great so far. But, it has some limitation I do feel could be remedied easily. The wave option is great - very soothing and strong. It helps me fall asleep. I love the train one. But, the haptics only work correctly the first two minutes or less in. It loses half of the feeling for some reason and it is not as helpful as it could be. If this could be fixed, I would rate this app higher. The rain is okay but a bit slow. The breathe option is nice, but not really a breath type of feeling. The firework one is fun, but the lapse in between each firework is a bit to long so that when it does happen, it can be startling. Overall, this is the only affordable option I have found and is exactly what I was looking for. It is easy to use, and a great idea. I would just love to see improvements in these areas and also maybe a few new additions to the Thrum library. :)

Telling My Heart To Beat Again.
I struggle with UC, so, some days are really rough. My favorite haptic is the heart beat, and I’m starting my mornings with it. The toilet has become like a meditation cushion for me, and I like to hold the phone with both hands in like a 🙏posture, with the heartbeat going. Helps me take my focus off of my discomfort. Welp, hope my vulnerability was helpful to someone out there. Try the heartbeat one… it’s my favorite.
