The Project90 Impact is a self-sufficiency Case Management model that is designed to help people become self-sufficient in the first 90 days of service. Our model is used as an intervention to measure, assess, plan with goals and achieve self-sufficiency. The Project90 model defines, assesses, and measures six domains that are required for self-sufficiency in our culture – housing, income, transportation, health, safety and support. The Project90 Matrix is used at intake as an assessment tool and for strategy development for securing needs by determining which domains fall below “safe” (in-crisis or vulnerable) on the Matrix. This data is collected and tracked In the Project90 Impact App.
