I canNOT say enough good things about this App! First of all the founder and creator is the GOAT. The content he has created for this app is so detailed, including a huge movement library and, a timer and your workout log so no need to bounce back and forth between apps! As a Strength & Conditioning coach with over 15 years of experience this is the #1 app that I recommend to friends and clients alike. My favorite aspect of the app is all of the data collecting. This isn’t for those who want to workout, it’s for those who want to TRAIN. The programs are progressive and include the perfect mix of strength, power and core/accessory movements. As a professional firefighter I use follow this program to keep me strong and injury free. I cannot wait to watch my score improve as I continue to follow this program!!
