What are my login credentials?
A User Admin may generate login credentials from the FMLive enterprise. For more information, see the FMLive System Admin Guide.
Why is my barcode not scanning?
Commonly, this can occur due to improper reading position, as well as damage or distortion to the barcode. Ensure the barcode has not been damaged and that the red line spans the entire barcode in linear fashion.
My shared device is not sending all user transactions to FMLive. What should I do?
When multiple users share a device, it is important for each user to view the Transactions Queue before logging out, so they may verify that all transactions have been sent to FMLive. Leaving transactions in the queue may mean they do not sync until the user logs in during his or her following shift.
My transactions are not appearing in FMLive. What should I do?
Export Transactions Data from the Transaction Queue. Once sent to Syntech, transactions may be restored in the enterprise.
