ME AGAIN
So back to the point that this app is great it’s just kinda slow. This recently started kicking in. I dunno if it’s a bug or if it’s just my device IDK. My phone is quite old and it puts adds on whatever app I get. So IDK. But overall this is an amazing app I love how quick the time is for each exercise. I do the basic workout, and I love how there are rest days. I’m on day 8 and today is a rest day. LOVE THIS APP!! {oh and BTW the adds are really short but I wanted to mention there was ads anyways}

The app is good but there’s not many exercises there’s only 12 or 10 in my opinion it’s good for beginners
