This UNHCR application will bring together essential information relating to rights, obligations and available services for refugees and asylum-seekers in Turkey as well as some feedback mechanisms. Features of the application are: service locations in Turkey, information on rights and obligations from the UNHCR Help website, and an interactive Chatbot that replies in real time to questions raised by refugees and asylum-seekers in Turkey.
