Broke bikes everywhere

I live in Metaire I took my two girls to go ride bikes. They did not bring their phones. They are 13 and 18 and I could not get all three bikes on my account. Is there a way to do that? So we went back a second day with all of our phones, but we could not find after looking at five different blue bike stations in mid city. We only found two bikes that actually workedso I had to walk back this was Saturday. Our bikes being repaired. Is there a shortage of bikes?

Terrible user experience

Dead bikes and being charged extra every time app crashes.
