◉ Sukuna
"Sukuna" is an app for managing your health condition and sharing data with other users.
Health data that can be measured with iPhone and Apple Watch is called PHR (Personal Health Record) and is expected to be used in the medical field. Sukuna can use this to help you manage your own health and share it with other users to help watch over the elderly and communicate in emergencies.
If you start Sukuna, you can see your activity status at a glance from the number of steps and distance traveled on that day measured by a pedometer. Days with a lot of activity are displayed in red, and days with less activity are displayed in blue. These data can also be exported in CSV format, which will be useful for users who want to manage their health condition in detail.
Sukuna was developed with the aim of managing health as much as possible, not fitness or diet that requires active efforts, nor medical care that requires medication or behavior change. See below for details on each function.
