Waste of time - input your records = unable to extract

After inputting all my 30 + vaccines from multiple paper docs and states, find it is impossible to print an excel, pdf of the self reported vaccines. The only way to export seems to be via a mystery vaccine code, not on any cdc or hhs document. Save the time and move on from this app !

Never got an email to confirm after entering all the data on the app. Never got my test results, looked up their number on Google and it just rings.
