Unaddressed Harassment and Poor Customer Support
I’ve been playing Palace Rule for a long time, but I’m deeply disappointed by how the game handles player safety. A certain player has been using multiple accounts to target and bully another gamer, repeatedly labeling them with offensive names and posting abusive comments meant to harass and shame. Despite reporting this issue multiple times, the customer service only responds with copy-paste replies and has taken no real action to stop this harmful behavior. It’s extremely disheartening to see such toxic actions go unchecked in a game with so many dedicated players. If the developers truly care about their community, they need to take harassment reports seriously and enforce clear rules to protect players
