I would give it a Zero but it won't let me. They don't count points that are earned . Their customer service is NON EXISTENT! They don't care about customers and don't answer emails. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THERE TERRIBLE APP . They don't even care if you have proof of photos that they are cheating customers out of points that are earned !!!! They ruined what used to be a good app — Yes app . Check out BBB this company has an F rating .

Gotham sports
The Gotham sports app will again not let me watch the Yankees.. I have a yes subscription but the screen freezes and will not let me watch. This has happened a number of times.. someone needs to fix this 9/15/2025… the Gotham app will not let me watch the Yankees… I have a tv subscription for yes.. this is the second time this week that I have missed a game because of that app.. the screen that lets you log on with your tv provider just freezes up and you can not continue…this is an on going problem with this app. I have miss at least 5 games this year… Once again the GS app will not grant me access.. this is about the tenth time I will miss a game on my I-pad …someone needs to fix this 9/20/2025. Another missed game thanks to the Gotham app. Went to the screen where you chose your tv provider and it freezes up, like it has done many times … probably missed 10 games.. please fix this
