Pathway healthcare application is designed to facilitate online HD audio/video consultations between a patient and a doctor.
It allows patients or healthcare advise seekers to connect with our doctors from anywhere, at any time.

How it works:
1. New patient sign up: Enter all the details to create a new account
2. Login: For an already registered patient, use “Login via email “ option to login.
3. Dashboard: After successful login, the app will open with Dashboard, it shows various options such as patient’s upcoming appointments, appointment history and a link to Book an appointment
4. Book an Appointment: Tapping on ‘Book an appointment’ shows the list of doctors available, from which a patient can select any doctor or search for one by name/specialization. Once a doctor is selected, available time slots are displayed for a date selected from the calendar. Patients can select a date and a time as per their feasibility and tap on ‘Continue’ to confirm the appointment.
5. Appointment Confirmation: A confirmation message will be displayed on screen and an email will also be received about confirmation.
6. My appointments: Tap on ‘Back to my Appointments”, to see upcoming appointments as well as past appointments.
7. Patient Intake form: Link to the form is received in mail, once the link to the form is clicked, the patient is required to authenticate via registered email and Date of Birth to proceed, fill and submit.
8. Join the Call: At the time of appointment, the patient will login to the app, tap on ‘Upcoming appointments’ on Dashboard to see the list of appointments and tap on ‘Join call’ to start the video consultation.
9. Waiting room: As soon patients join the call, they are redirected to the waiting room. They wait till a nurse approves the call to start the preliminary checkups.
10. Call: The doctor joins and starts the actual consultation. Once completed, the patient and the doctor may disconnect the call.
