About King David Mowbray Golf Club

King David Mowbray Golf Club

Played underneath the watchful eye of Table Mountain, King David Mowbray is a parkland course dating back to 1910, which provides an excellent test of golf for players of all abilities. As a multiple host of the South African Open, the layout can be set up to test the very best golfers in the country or with tees further forward, it can play host to new golfers and the younger generation coming through.

The central location allows a short journey to the amenities of the Waterfront or the arrivals lounge of Cape Town's International Airport. While designed on a fairly flat landscape, the tree-lined fairways and water features combined with Cape winds make for an experience rarely matched.
