CheapFareGuru started in 1990 with one person in a small office in Downtown Los Angeles. We bought only a computer and two phone lines since the majority of flights at that time were booked over the phone.
Millions of people wanted to fly but could not afford to pay high airfare and at the same time, the airlines regularly flew only two-thirds full, resulting in millions of seats left empty each year which prompted us to bid for a seat with the airlines privately which continues and till today.

A scam and the worst customer service!
I tried to cancel within 5 min of payment due to some issues that came up and they would not allow me to get a full refund although I purchased the travel insurance that said I would get 100% of my refund back! Do not use this app or website. Customer service representative are rude and will hang up on you! Terrible experience over all!
