Hair color to dark
I went in to get hair dark from dirty blond. She was great but after a couple days I went back in to get it lighter as it was just too dark. I was very happy with the end results and they were great!! Helping me to get it how i liked it.

Unable to cancel
The app has worked ok during my membership with only little problems. I am now unable to cancel my membership! The page won’t let me select a reason I want to cancel and move to the next step.
