Love your Kite is based on micro-learning- small practical steps each day that help make change. Like a beautiful book it is user led and is supportive and encouraging. The program is based on achievable modules called Kites that are worked through at your own pace.
The Kites have been written specifically around the challenges that those with an eating disorder face. Small bite sized activities that empower and support. Love your Kite also includes modules for carers and parents or support people, to help them navigate the journey.
Other features include:
an on-the-go Mindfulness Button which delivers easy ways to quickly reset yourself when you feel overwhelmed or busy.
The Kite Journal- another beautiful feature, where you can save favourite activities that are then displayed in your journal as mini polaroids.
