• Assured quality – Fruits and Vegetables are taken at utmost care as they are perishable items. we are also soon going to have in-house organic items.

And yes, this came out true as in lockdown people use to order with us because they were not finding items anywhere and only with us.
Aditya: Never argue with the customer . If you politely listen to their grievance they might pay you after returning the item.
Yes, this strategy worked. many customers got angry due to strictness by police for the delivery option, but we managed too.
Jatin: Delivery should always be on time. Whether you have had lunch or not, you need to manage delivery.
Nikhil: Completing tasks before the deadline is the only success behind the startup.
