About CarePortal Wellbeing

The CarePortal Wellbeing App is a practical, reliable tool designed for child-serving advocates to evaluate, strategize, and monitor child and family wellbeing. Expanded from the Child Status Index (CSI) assessment tool, the app provides a framework for local teams to pinpoint specific areas of need and create goals to bring stability, resources, and more to vulnerable children and families served. The CarePortal Wellbeing App also supports community development and family-strengthening initiatives by providing usable data that can greatly inform local decision making and program design.

Users can:
- Evaluate 8 domains of a child’s wellbeing holistically (including food security, health, education, spiritual growth, and more)
- Record events that may impact a child’s wellbeing
- Track the overview for individual kids and families in local communities
- Collaborate and problem solve with other users

CarePortal is a global connecting platform built to serve the world’s most vulnerable. By connecting child and family serving agencies with local Responders willing to serve in their community, more children and families can stay together in healthy homes. Caseworkers uncover the needs and Responders meet the needs.
