On the app I can’t change colors on my safety lights and when I change the style blinking or anything nothing works is that something OKAI can work on

App doesn’t work
Bought my okai neon pro 2 right from bestbuy 2 years ago, it has always said already bound for me which never made sense kinda waited for updates on the app to be fixed but no resolution has been made I try to “merge” accounts and then after I put in the verification code goes right back to saying it’s bound already. It’s a great scooter I’ve always loved riding it but I was really hoping to see all the cool stuff on the app first hand. Especially for a scooter brand new cost close to a grand🙁 if anyone knows how to help I’d love to take suggestions 🙏
