Awful
They added a card to our Apple wallet, but guess what? It doesn’t work! We can control the thermostat from our phone, but guess what? It doesn’t work! I wake up to a 63° apartment when it’s set to 70°. We can unlock our door from our phone, but guess what? It doesn’t work! I have to stand outside my apartment for 3 minutes just to unlock my door. So unsafe and so miserable.

Awful thermostat experience
Anytime we try using the thermostat on the app or wall, something goes wrong. It will get stuck on a temperature and no matter what settings we try to change, the thermostat does nothing
