Area you kidding me!??

The support system doesn’t even exist. They have no phone number so you can’t actually talk to anyone. When Support writes you it comes from an email address that does not accept return email so there’s no way to dialogue. The system says it is sending you a "magic link" so you can reset your password. But when you use the magic link it sends you to a page that says "404 page cannot be found." I am participating in a research project so I figured the system that is using Hugo to help them with their study would be able to create some pressure and get me logged back into the system. Not at all! I guess Hugo collected its money and that’s all they care about. I just want to let other research companies that might be considering using Hugo Health, DO NOT USE them, save your money‼️
