Exceptionally Poor App

This app seems like it could be really worthwhile. Too bad the opposite seems to be the case. I have never been able to get it to send or receive files from my machines. I am not even able to log in any more. I lost my pwd (ok my own fault), but the reset pwd option blocks my view of the reset pwd page, so I can’t see to type it in. > I tried creating a new account and it says account already exists; log in…!
