An online Portal/Dashboard developed for real time management of key tasks and activities of an organization for information sharing, efficient decision making, monitoring, & cross functional learning.
Goals & Objective
• To clear assign responsibility of the key officials of an organization for the key tasks and activities in a time bound manner with smooth flow of information
• Timely completion of all the key tasks and activities within an organization
Functions-
Steps followed for Dashboard monitoring
1. Tasks are noted from the meetings by the Dashboard Team which is finalized by the Head’s Personal Staff
2. The tasks finalized consists of Task Subject (Issue, Action or Decision), Task Coordinator (TC), Officer Responsible (OR), priority and deadline for the task
3. The task is entered in the Dashboard Portal by the Dashboard Team after which an email goes to the concerned Task Coordinator and Officer Responsible
4. Once the task has been created the concerned officer (TC or OR) can regularly update the task from their login account and close it once completed
Benefits-
• Increased level of transparency with visibility of all tasks to every user
• Latest status of the key tasks can be seen at a click
• Fosters competitive spirit within key officials of an Organization
• Issues in implementation of any Dashboard task can be flagged off at appropriate level including at the level of the hierarchy
• Organization’s head can single out officers who are slow in action or inactive on their tasks
• Linked to the user’s official email id through which they can get emails for
• Tasks of the user whose deadlines are approaching in the coming week
• Any change or update in the task.
