This application incorporates a semi-artificial intelligence algorithm that will alter your daily workout whenever you've “hit a wall” or are no longer seeing improvements. MuscleMe also offers both a gym-based and a home-based workout routine so you're able to complete all of the exercises in the comfort of your home. If you don't have the necessary equipment, don't worry, we'll provide you with the necessary equipment/resistance to be able to complete the home-based exercises.
