Our self-guided tours will allow you to visit the University of Sussex campus alone or with others, so you can get a taste of life at Sussex on a time and day that suits you. Through the app you will be guided around our campus on an audio tour. The tour is voiced by our very own students.
We hope you enjoy our campus in a safe manner and at your own leisure. The self-guided tour is an audio tour delivered through this app guiding you along the campus pathways outside of the buildings.
For your first stop we would recommend finding Sussex House, University of Sussex, to locate your start point. You are encouraged to start at Sussex House (outside) and follow a circular outside route of the campus.
Accessibility
The route will flow on the accessible pathways within campus. Our self-guided route takes in our campus whilst admiring the building from the outside. Should you need refreshments or the toilet there will be a stopping point in Bramber House, located on the centre of campus. There is a dedicated disabled toilet located on the ground floor of Bramber House. This route has been tested and should be accessible for wheelchair users and those requiring ease of access. If, however, you notice anything that could be improved please do contact, study@sussex.ac.uk
The audio script has also been added to the notes section of each tour point.
Question, please email any queries study@sussex.ac.uk, +44 (0)1273 876787 (Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm).
This app makes use of GPS to show you places of interest close to your current location. Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
