The application allows a user to complete and submit the checklist electronically using common mobile platforms. Each user will have the application installed on a mobile smartphone which will allow them to submit the completed checklist electronically via email or text message. The user will be provided a visual indication prior to submission whether the checklist answers will indicate a no hazard alert or a hazard alert.
