Very unreliable service
2 of my 3 rentals were cancelled on or after the ship day, leaving me no time to plan for alternative options. You can only leave a review for an owner after a successful rental, so owner ratings are skewed & you can’t tell which owners historically cancel/don’t ship their items. Would NOT recommend. It’s been a logistical nightmare

A renter ruined my dress and as a consequence, Pickle states I receive a quote for the repair or retrieve a note. Keep in mind if you lend out a precious item, it could completely be tarnished. You will then have the inconvenience to fix the issue and your clothes without further compensation.
