I regret leaving BMW for Benz!
This is probably one of the most glitchy, ill designed and useless app I’ve ever seen. Coming from a BMW, and their app is far superior and doesn’t require downloading two separate apps! Then the two different apps, you’d think you get more since it’s double the effort, but you don’t. Plus the Finance app is always, always malfunctioning and won’t load. Do they want our money or what?! I’m going back to BMW once my lease is up with Benz. I even upgraded and got the AMG GLE 53 Coupe from a BMW x4, and while the engine is crazy powerful, the tech is not it! Outside of the self driving and parking feature, the tech is inferior to BMW. I’m going back in 3 years!!!!
