App is not “TRUE” as per your employee
Went to the urgent care 10 mins before appointment. I check-in in app as per instruction. Line was too long only to find out that I need to be in line too to check-in as per duke employee, the app is not true!! TERRIBLE!

Getting a hold of my doc via message when needed, requesting refills, and seeing all upcoming appts and results from tests and imaging information within account. All in all this is a great way to see your file of vitally important information!
