The Chester County Register of Wills and Orphans Court mobile app allows the public to easily find information on how to open an estate and file inheritance tax, obtain a marriage license, and find guardianship and adoption resources. The public can schedule appointments for both Probate and Marriage Licences directly through the app. The app also provides important alerts and news from the office.
