evernow is a meditation buddy app with courses that can increase your progress by 40x or more. You can collect points and earn achievements while meditating with like-minded, active conscious people.
While a huge number of people understand the value of meditation and begin practicing it, they quickly abandon it due to lack of motivation and depth of meaning regarding how fundamental it is for a fulfilling life.
For more than 4 years, we have conducted in-depth research with neurophysiologists in our team, who have recorded stable results for our practitioners over long periods of six months or more. Based on our techniques, we created this application.
The application is as simple as possible to use, making it easy to start and interesting to continue meditating daily. It implements mechanics similar to a Tinder. You fill out a questionnaire and the application connects you with the most relevant meditation buddy at a set time every day. You can see each other, but not hear each other, as each person enters their own meditation with or without audio accompaniment.
At the end of the practice, the microphones are activated and you have the opportunity to get to know each other, increase the state gained in meditation, and expand your circle of like-minded people. During practice, your value code and state change, followed by a cessation of communication with your old environment. It takes time to form a new environment during this transitional period, and the individual may slip back into their behavior patterns and values. This is one of the most common reasons why people do not continue to meditate or engage in mindfulness.
However, when you practice with like-minded people, it establishes new neuron connections and helps you rapidly progress in your practice and life.
