Avoid like the plague
Here’s all you need to know: Owner Lauren Klasik refused a basic request to verify that ANY of her trainers are certified in responding to a Thumbtack query. The rejection was pretty easy from there. Her partner effectively forced her to apologize, but by then she had blown her chance and I had long decided to take my business elsewhere, which is exactly what I did. Never hire a company that won’t allow you to research their trainers. That is all.
