I have had an issue with the biometrics for this app since November 2024. Met with the VP Devin, did a video of screenshots that I am getting in December 2024. The issue is still not fixed. As I said no rush in fixing this problem. Really wish the issue would be resolved sooner rather than later. 5 months is a little long for a fix to be made. I also know other IPhone user are experiencing this issue. This I found out while at the credit union a few weeks ago.
