Surprised there is no skip feature

So the app is stuck on boring intro that I can’t skip and get to the exercise it’s talking about

Feeling less anxious thanks to Daylight

I’ve been using Daylight for a few weeks now and it’s been a lot of help in how I manage my anxiety. The lessons have been helpful for me to identify my anxiety early so I can be proactive in managing it, rather than waiting until I feel absolutely overwhelmed. I definitely would recommend Daylight to others—it’s been a game changer for me.
