The Academic staff Rating Index is avenue to show supervisors, lecturers, and teachers the reviews made by students and also provide an interactive forum. The software will be an academic supervision/ teaching-level index that attempts to provide an aggregated measure of supervision/ teaching’s past and current impact. Put differently, the AR-Index aggregates all ratings of an academic supervisor/ lecturer/ teacher and the number of ratings that they received in all of the academic career. The AR-Index complement the citation index.
