Scan tag

I can’t even scan the tag once in the app, all it does is open the on the screen as if I’m viewing to take a photo or scan with none of those buttons or options to do anything. Just a clear view through the lens. I checked to make sure I had the latest level etc. I can scan outside the app, just not within.

Well first of all you download the app they never send you the email to load your dogs information on it I don't work it's like any other ordinary release for $30 net worth it very disappointed I'm returning it
