City of iWorQ

This is intended for citizens in the city of iWorQ that will help them communicate with their government with this app. It will allow the user to find their representative and a way to contact them. It will also allow them to submit complaints/requests to the city without having to talk to someone on the phone. Overall, it's to allow the user to do everything they need to without going into the city office.
