Doesn’t work after working hours, balance takes long to refresh and display the correct amount …
It keeps saying server is not available after working hours. This happens a lot in early morning and holidays. Can you please work on it!!!! The balance does not refresh either!!! It takes days to know what your actual balance is unless you go online and check. The description of transfers is really bad. It doesnt tell you who you transferred to. The only good thing is, since recently other bank transfers are being delivered in a speedy manner.

Unable to Open
Since the last update, I’m unable to open the mobile app, it keeps on shutting down, even though the internet banking works fine, please do your BEST to address this issue as soon as possible.
