About Cube Synth Pro
With Cube Synth Pro this prejudice will no longer be true. Specific sound morphing capabilities enables you to easily create complex evolving sound scapes, vocal phrases or stunning rhythms simply by choosing up to four sound sources from a predefined set. Then add one of the predefined envelopes and a unique, complex sound preset containing thousands of parameters is created! If you want to dive deeper into the inner secrets of this synthesis monster you can manipulate each parameter individually to get precise control over the sound. A number of high level parameters such as Brightness and Harmonic spread control hundreds of synthesis parameters in a way modelled after the inner workings of natural instruments.
In addition to emulating natural instruments Cube Synth Pro gives you the ability to mimic the behaviour of the sound characteristic of vintage polyphonic synths by modelling the slight deviation from perfection which are inherent of analog systems.
Cube Synth Pro gives you also a new method of getting randomly generated sound patches in a way you never experienced before: roll the dice! Every single try gives you a new unique sound patch, really every try, promised…

Reviews for Cube Synth Pro

Another fabulous virSyn Synth
With a great metaphor for additive synthesis, highly graphical, and easy to interact with with many, many presets to learn and base your own as a tweak. Cube pro is not only. The good sounding sense but an inspiring one as well. It’s not as all encompassing as Tera Pro but it is an amazing set up. It is easy to play around with and find yourself with great sounding results. Although it can be warm, let’s be honest additive is a colder type of synthesis and Cube Pro embraces additive synthesis in a way that people familiar and unfamiliar will find enjoyable and useful. One of the things that I really like about the design is our results driven it is. Sometimes when you play with a new synthesizer, it can be daunting because of the interface. I’ve been involved as a tester, contributor, and friends to a couple of developers. Particularly I enjoy experiencing simple designs for complex instruments. I started with cube on the PC and actually enjoy the iPad version more because it’s so direct, deceptively simple, and fun to edit. Oh yeah, it sounds great too. Totally worth the purchase.

Buggy
I’d love to love this app, but annoyingly buggy. Some presets simply don’t load in the stand-alone app. When trying to use within Garageband, NONE of the presets are loading.
