Cooperative Health

The Cooperative Health application is for patients, caregivers and physicians within the Pediatric Hematology/Oncology community. We provide private, disease-specific communities where patients, caregivers and physicians can share, learn, connect and support each other. All patients and caregivers must be invited by a physician to join.
