Can’t get app to work, but device doesn’t need it
I can’t get the app to connect, but it’s not needed for the device to run. Love the device — great for those cold winter walks with the dogs!

Completely pointless, dog water user experience.
A pointless time wasting app that does literally nothing and requires email/login to do it: Firmware update. And I meant “literally nothing” because my device happened to not need it anyway (good, I guess). The rest of the functionality is (or should be) already on the site: Links to support site ticketing system and the support email (which hilariously just auto replies asking you to use the support site ticketing system).
