doesn't work as advertised
This massager does not work as advertised on the website and the performance is extremely disappointing. It is not worth the money at all. It doesn't work at all. My pain was even worse after using it.Red rashes after using it.Although the company claims to offer a 90-day return policy, my experience was very frustrating. When I tried to return the product within the 90-day window, customer support kept insisting that the issue was not the machine’s fault and refused to process the return. The return policy feels misleading and designed to avoid refunds rather than support customers. Overall, this product is a complete waste of money and I regret purchasing it.

App needs work
The machine works fine; however, the app only works half the time. Every time I try to log my treatments the app doesn’t work. According to the app it looks like I’m not keeping up with the treatments and exercises.
