ME 2.0’s goal is to help improve the mental health of teenagers and young adults. This goal will be accomplished through features such as a breathing buddy, growth mindset keyboard, stress relief games, med checklist, mood tracker, and resources. This app is designed for teenagers and young adults who are either seeking help or trying to help others with a mental illness. If used to help others, there are resources on mental illnesses that will help you understand their situation better. Overall we believe this will help open a path for those with a mental illness and overcome stigmas.
