Extremely Scammy
I’ve messaged over a dozen women, trying to find a place to stay, no one gets back to you even months later (not a single one), the accounts are fake. Don’t waste your time. Especially if your situation is an emergency. I made a post on the apps main feed asking others if they are experiencing something similar and my account was deleted. Just for trying to ask a question. I have no idea what this apps intention is, but it isn’t for other women to help each other. After 6 months of using TravelLadies, i can safely say, every single “active” account that i messaged, never got back. And the app keeps asking for money if you want to send messages to others and i can definitely see how someone in dire need of a place to stay wouldn’t see the harm in spending a dollar or two here and there to send more messages. And that’s how they make their money. Preying off the people who need their service when in fact there is no service just the illusion of one.
