About BreakItDown (2021)

Create a practice and improve yourself. It can be anything you want: dancing, fitness or learning to play an instrument and even more.

Break it Down is a timer app with advanced features for creating and performing individual practices. It allows you to freely choose and name your own exercises.

Your goal, your exercises.

The features of the timer function are the setting options of the start countdown, the exercise time and the break between the units. All timer settings are quick and easy to change.

For even more freedom in your practice design, you can set a random exercise order. There is no limit to the creativity of your training concepts.

On top of that, the app offers audio practices. A voice dictates your exercises and guides you through your practice. For this you can choose from more than 50 languages. No screen is needed and you can focus completely on improving your skills.

The home screen is the control center of your app. All your created practices are organized here. Start your progress and create a new practice, or check your personal calendar to see your activity. Another highlight is to add other users' practices to your home screen.
Use drag and drop to sort your practices easily or swipe them to the left when they are no longer needed to quickly delete them.

In Break it Down you can send practices to others or receive them. As a coach, this will open up new ways to get your students to their goal faster by using practices you have developed.

The In App Calendar gives you an overview of your practice history with all completed practices. This will help you stay motivated and keep track of your progress.

Once you have started a workout, you are in practice mode.
The layout is clear and intuitive to give you full control of your practice. The focus is on the current exercise and the remaining exercise time. Below the following exercise is shown and you can switch back and forth between the exercises.
