The Toka app is a tool created to enable the community to report environmental violations on Guam.
The app is designed to provide ease in reporting environmental violations. It automatically captures locational data where a reported violation has occurred. Users are able to take photos of the event, provide a description of the incident, and submit the report. The reports are transmitted directly to the Guam Department of Agriculture to review, respond, manage and investigate the incidences.
The Toka app is a product of the University of Guam Sea Grant program and was developed with the assistance of the Government of Guam Office of Technology, University Director Fellows, volunteers recruited through our program and the Department of Agriculture.
