Download the MagFabrics app designed to scan barcodes from any of our fabric samples. This app allows anyone in the U.S. to check the availability of thousands of MagFabrics fabrics in real time. Find our fabrics in hundreds of galleries across America and make sure you are in the know of all the fabrics that are available for you!
For Consumers, Galleries, and Retailers:
Use the Single Scan option to scan the barcode of a single fabric sample that you have ordered or from any sample on display in any of our retailers or galleries. If the fabric scans green, then the fabric is still being offered for sale with enough yardage to meet any order demands. If the fabric scans red, the fabric has been discontinued and can no longer be ordered in bulk.
Use the manual check option in case a barcode is too damaged to scan. In that case, enter the number under the barcode on the fabric sample into the Manual Check field.
Use the Full Scan option to bulk scan all fabric samples you have on hand. The same green/red scan notice is given as the single scan option but with a full scan, you have the option of submitting us the data and we will use that data to alert you of any of our newer samples you may be missing and don't have. We may use this data to proactively mail you physical samples you don't have (samples you did not scan) but we will not share your data with any third party.
Before submitting a full scan, we ask for your information so that we can contact you in case you run a full scan and want to receive notices. We won't share this information with any third parties and we only receive this information if you run a full scan and choose to send us the scan data.
Under Settings, you can change your contact information in case you want to submit full scan data to us. We won't share this information with any third parties and we only receive this information if you run a full scan and choose to send us the scan data. Data entered in Settings is stored only in the app and never sent to us or saved on our servers unless you choose to submit a full scan session to us.
