By simply entering in several values this app will calculate the Profitability and the Rates of Return on an investment account for a single month.
Your Returns are then compared to the Model's Returns based upon your Asset Allocation between Stocks and Bonds.
Lastly, the "Spread" between the performance and Model performance is calculated.
Example: "You made $3,500 and had a 2% but the Model earned 5% - which means you actually lost 3%."
The Spread is calculated both in Percentage and Dollar values.
"The value of the 3% underperformance is $10,000."
